Mustafa Tekpınar presented PRESCOTT and ESCOTT, methods for predicting the effects of amino-acid substitutions and of deletions, and the accompanying ESCOTT Human Protein Database, which holds precomputed mutation-effect scores for 19,295 human proteins and presents them as ranksorted heatmaps.
